Sue "Oz" Climo, Jack Friedman, Nicole & Joey

I met "Oz" in 1978, when she was sharing the Hume St. house with Ginny, Berta, and Dawn.

Jack was off on a tropical island, pursuing a PHD. Before long, he returned to Portland and Sue. Jack, a southern California boy at heart, has always been a fish-out-of-water here in Oregon.

We have great memories from over the years: sharing our February birthdays, vacation houses in Central Oregon, basketball.

Joey and Nicole have inherited the athleticism and great humor of their parents.
